I run my own career coaching and consultancy practice in the North Essex area. Key areas of my work include:
CAREER COACHING
I am a fully qualified and experienced career coach, working with both individual clients and organisations. I work with people at many different stages of their careers, from school leavers through to those planning for retirement. I offer a range of services tailored to suit individual requirements. This includes CV and interview coaching, as well as advice and support with issues like career change, redundancy and work/life balance.
I also provide supervision services for career coaches. This includes supervision for both students and experienced coaches.
RESEARCH SERVICES
I have twenty years experience of designing and managing a wide range of academic and commercial research projects.
I have completed a PhD in Organizational Psychology and hold an Associate Research Fellowship at Birkbeck, University of London where I undertake some research and teaching.
My research interests include career transition, gendered careers, the construction of careers in low skilled occupations and qualitative research ethics. I have undertaken research projects ranging from small evaluation studies to regional business surveys. Publications include commercial reports, academic papers and books.
